Event Overview
Join our Indy filmmaker and resident videographer as he guides you through his experiences using the Blackmagic Pocket Camera 4K in this interactive workshop.
Try out this great 4K camera for yourself and understand the benefits by talking directly to our expert who has been shooting with it for the past 3 months.

Seeing is believing

Come along and play with the camera, record footage on your own cards to view afterwards and hear his experiences of shooting with the camera.
With a 4K sensor, 13 stops of dynamic range and dual native ISO up to 25,600 the BMPCC 4K is a great camera for shooting independent films and documentaries, fashion shows, travel blogs, web videos, weddings, corporate video, sports and more.

The specs of this camera look good however, you can only judge if it’s right for you by trying it out for yourself.

Held in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere you can chat with other attendees to understand if this camera fits your requirements and what they think about the competition. This event will equip you with the practical knowledge and hands-on experience to know whether investing in this camera is worth it, which accessories are best and which to avoid.

The day starts with a short presentation, followed by a Q&A session with plenty of time for you to get your hands on the kit. Equipment being demonstrated includes the Blackmagic Pocket camera 4K, customised rig plus a range of lenses and accessories.

You will leave this session with:
  • A clear understanding of how the BMPCC 4K performs
  • The opportunity to record your own footage and take it home
  • Practical advice on the benefits it offers over the competition
  • Hands-on experience of using the BMPCC 4K with appropriate accessories
